Requesting a Quote:

If you are in the market for granite or quartz countertops, please either visit us at our showroom or send us an email with a drawing or sketch of your plans and project requirements. Once we see your what your project requires, and we have an idea of what colour or material you are interested in, with our expertise we can help guide you in achieving your design goals within your anticipated budget.

Confirming Your Job:

Upon providing us your plans or having us do a site visit for quote, we will ensure to provide you with a quote within a speedy time frame.  The quote will be for the supply, fabrication, and installation of your granite or quartz countertops and does not include plumbing services or removal/disposal of existing countertops unless specified otherwise.  If you are happy with the quote and agree with everything outlined within it, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the job and schedule the job for template and fabrication.


Once the job is completed and to your satisfaction, the balance owing is due immediately. If full payment is not received within 30 days of billing for final payment, a 2.5% interest charge applies. We currently accept cheques, cash, credit, and email money transfer. 

Return policy:

If an order is cancelled after a special material order has been placed and purchased, a restocking fee may be charged.

Once a customers job has been cut and put into fabrication, customers cannot cancel their order or request a refund 


RevitaStone fully warrants its work for one year after installation. A warranty and care package will be provided to our customers. Please remember that granite is a product of nature, and we will not warrant the product for inherit qualities and attributes natural to the stone chosen.  The warranty also does not apply when the issue is related to customer negligence, miss use or faulty cabinets or supports.
